Think I might have to start over :(
 

So I thought I had washed out the last of silicones out of my hair a few days ago and officially CG. Now I think after using my sulfate shampoo that I used Suave Captivating Curls mousse afterwards, the cones are pretty far down the list, think I should start over?

If you don't want to sulfate wash again, use a low poo that contains coco betaine, and that should get them out. I have to do that from time to time even though the only cones I use are water soluble. Don't worry about it, it'll be fine.
