knowledge about ingredients and/or drugstore low poo suggestions

i began thinking about a couple of days ago that the amount of hair i lose when detangling isnt so normal. I mean not like patches of scalp showing but still alot. I decided to try a conditioner i dont use so often (GVP CB) to see if Garnier Fructis was causing this. I started a thread a couple of weeks ago about whether allergies to a product caused hair loss but im still not sure. Anyways, i put some on and tried detangling like i usually do but this time not so much came out i think a half the usual. so that was pretty big but im not sure if thats true or not. Then i decided to try cowashing with triple nutrition on detangled hair that you can run your hands through . When i did cowash, the tangles came back and about as much hair as i lost from GVP CB i lost with triple nutrition except i wasnt detangling. so i think that IAgirl was right(thanks by the way) about not using products that cause itchiness and that since i used organix with triple nutrition my scalp now hates both. So i guess my point is does anyone know what could of caused this really bad reaction to two products if their similar that is? Im not sure if organix (acai berry and she butter type) are similar to Granier Fructis so id love to know why this happened? Also, i would like some suggestions of CG drugstore lowpoos that wont do this. Some i know about are Jasons, Yes to cucumber and kiss my face, are they good? o n renpure. Im afraid theyll make my scalp itch so id like to know. Im pretty much allergic to pollin and im not sure but i think carrots. Also my allergies change alot so i think i was allergic to soap at one point. Also is Suave coconut a good cowash, im pretty sure my hair loves coconut and protein... anyways sorry this is so long and any help is appreciated, Thanks

Sorry that you're experiencing allergies! To answer your question about Suave coconut conditioner, yes, that's among the conditioners I successfully cowash with, and it's CG. And if you're looking for CG cleaners, you can get SheaMoisture Organic Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo from Walgreens, and it's CG as well. I've used it just fine, but only seldomly in my rotation of cleansers since I more often do a baso wash (mixed in with my conditioner when I cowash) and an ACV rinse when I want to do a clarifying wash.

It helps but i was afraid that it caused tangles but i think thats just GFTN sideeffect. As for the sheamositure shampoo, ive heard great things about it but i was hoping to find a cheaper shampoo since its $10 for 12 ounces. Hopefully i can but its good to know there is something else just in case. Thanks
