Where to get Boots?
I've heard so much about it. I'm now curious! What's the easiest way to get Boots??

Boots is from the UK, and unless you have a source there that can send you some, you can order it at www.britsuperstore.com . Boots itself is very cheap, but when ordering from the UK the shipping knocks up the price. A jar lasts me a loooooong time though, so it's worth it. That's the pink original stuff, but you can buy the white Boots cream in a tube from banjocurl here on the forum, just pm her if you're interested.

They don't sell it on their website. Its so cheap I think they would probably lose money if they shipped it out!

No, the only online store that sells pink Boots is britsuperstore.com.
Sometimes it pops up on the swap board, so take a look there too.

Re: Where to get Boots?
I noticed that you have 3b/c hair and I believe I have the same. I didn't have much luck with boots and feel it may work better for 2's and 3a's but that could've just been my experience.

Okay... I may have to try some of this stuff. What is the difference between pink and white?
Can someone tell me the ingredients in these items? And what does it compare to??

The white comes in a tube instead of a jar, is slightly less sticky and has an herbal rather than a floral fragrance. The ingredients are slightly different, but the performance in the hair is the same. Both are CG-friendly.
They do not resemble any other cream stylers. Boots cream is very moisturizing compared to other stylers. It is great for clumping curls. I use it alone, but many people add a gel on top.

Re: Where to get Boots?
It could also be individual. I'm a fairly stereotypical 3B, and I like Boots. Maybe I'm in the minority on this though since I haven't paid attention to what hair types like it.

I've been wanting to try Boots so badly, but couldn't find it. I sent a PM to banjolady & Maddeleine4, I'm hoping they still sell it. If I can ever get some I'll report back how it does on my hair (3a/3b). I know of some others with my type hair that love it.

Just so some of you who haven't tried both of the creams or either of them, the white one in the tube is more the thickness of Recoil imo, while the pink in the jar is much thicker and goopier, if that makes any sense.
