Shampoo in your gel

"Place a sufficient quantity of mousse or gel in your hand. How much is sufficient? Likely you need to use a LOT more than you regularly do. A ball of mousse should be golf-ball sized if your hair is quite short. Baseball-sized for mid-length hair that is above the shoulder and more as hair is longer and thicker. Liquid gels should be a puddle big enough to risk spilling out of your hand (hands over the sink please—watch that carpet). Styling liquids should then be “washed” into/on to your hands. Use an interlacing motion much like hand washing to coat your hands on both sides and between your fingers. This will set you up to truly coat the hair with product.
Then it is time to shampoo your hair. We call it shampooing because the application motion is just as you would do when you shampoo your hair. Work it in and all over and around and through."

Has anyone tried this?

Hair: 2a or 3a (not sure), very porous and fine as frog hair
Day 1: Cowash and condition with AO GPB, ACV Rinse,
Co-Kra gel (this stuff is fantastic)

Day 2: KCKT, KCCC, plop, KCCC, plop again, air dry
Day 3: Curly Kinks Satin Roots, Coil Jam
Day 4: IAGirl's PT, KBB DT, FSG

Co-Kra gel is my own concoction of okra boiled in coconut milk. It is a cross between FSG and KCCC and leaves my hair very soft and shiny

That sounds harsh! I have a curly curly do lol. I do use alot of product because my hair is very curly and thick well kinda thick but I have alot of hair but I have to be gentle while putting products in my hair if not it will get dangled frizzy and knot up. I simply place my products in gently and leave my hair alone untill it dries or diffuse which I rarely diffuse ..

*life is oh so lovely*
I would think it would mess up the natural curls with rough movements
