Long hair and sleep caps

How do all of the long haired curlies here put their hair up in sleep caps?

I've been wearing a sleep cap to bed for almost a year but most of that time, my hair has been around shoulder length. Now my hair is past my shoulder blades. The cap I was using didn't have a very good elastic because it stretched out of shape fairly quickly but now, I have a cap by Pretty AntonniNets(this one) and I really like it so I don't want to ruin the elastic by trying to stretch it over all of my hair.

Can anyone share with me how they put their hair up that doesn't involve braids, buns or anything of the sort so I can put a cap on with ease?

Thanks!

Products I use:

Shampoo: Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Shampoo
Conditioner: Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Conditioner
DT: Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie Aqua-Immersion Creme Masque
Styling: Homemade FSG with Lavender EO & AVJ/water mist spray containing Epsom Salt, Lavender EO

Fyi Walgreens has really cheap ones that I've found don't lose their elasticity. When my hairs long I just kinda twirl it around my head and pull the cap over. My hair was bsl at the time.
