I think there is one called Shea Moisture masque. They have different types and their all CG. Their a little expensive but I'm pretty sure their available in rite aid

I've heard of lots of people doing an overnight DT with a mixture of oils and whatever conditioner they have on hand. Also, I read someone applies their DT, then takes a nap on a heating pad.

You can get the Biolage Conditioning Balm at CVS, I believe. Pricey but really works. Shea Moisture's works too--but you have to leave it on a lot longer than the Biolage.

I ditto the Sally's. It is less than 5 bucks and works great.

I don't know why but the Sally's GVP is just OK for me, doesn't really do much.
Auntie Bubbs and missbanjo like this.

Gotta agree with Wavyone. But I'm not impressed with the Biolage that Sally's GVP is imitating. IMO its a good everyday conditioner, but as a DT its just meh.

You can make your own DT. I've made my own by blending an avocado with whatever oils I have on hand (usually olive oil, sometimes grapeseed and coconut too), honey, sometimes an egg and some lavender EO. Some people put mayonaise in their DT too.
I don't mix my homemade DT with conditioner, but if you need to make it into a paste, mix it with conditioner to make it into a paste to coat your hair. I use the avocado to make the paste, and avocado is rich in emollients and its conditioning on its own.

So after you make the paste, put it on your hair for 30-60 minutes as a prewash treatment, and then wash and condition your hair like normal.

Guano warning: any time anyone mentions using avocado in their hair I wince a little. I love avocado soooo much - it belongs in my tummy, not my hair!

Agreed
I've tried avocado DTs multiple times but my hair just feel nasty afterwards, and I think, "Why didn't I just eat this?!?"

And Smooth n Shine has an Olive oil deep conditioner and it's also really good. I also have the silk fusion deep conditioner by Smooth N shine, works great for my hair. All these can be found in rite aid or any Beauty supply store, or drug store.
