Fine, curly, hair NEED HELP!

About me:
19, salt water water system, wash hair daily, dry hair, frizz, uncurly looking curls, no volume (doesn't like volumizing products because it temp. thickens hair strands but I love volume..) And yeah.. My coffee shop does tend to get humid and ruins curls through day.

Sooo I recently switched to using sulfate, paraben, silicone free shampoo/conditioner. Organix does NOT work at all, and right now I am currently using Loreal Evercreme Sulfate Free shampoo/condtioner and it doesn't really give me softer, frizz free, weightless hair.. It feels weird and I don't over use my product. I need something thats going to fight frizz, keep my hair sexy soft, keep my curls curly and won't empty my bank account.. Any suggestions?

Here's shampoos/conditioners that do not work for me:

Garnier Fructis
Pantene
Organix
Aussie (some)
Herbal Essences|
Tresseme (some)
Pert
Head and shoulders
Dove (some)
Suave
V8?
Etc...

Help please!?!?

Well have you tried the cg method? Try by co-washing using a light conditioner to wash your scalp and do what others do a richer conditioner to detangle and moisturize. You should also do deep treatments since your hair is fine and with that try protein deep treatments. Fine hair folks love protein. And use cg products you will need to transition. There are links to all off this in the general discussion I think ? And the newbies. But try to moistuize bc that makes our curls happy :)
