Hi I wan to share with you my first DevaCut! I loveeeed it
I am in the process of growing out my heat damage hair, I have a huge amount, more than half of the hair is damage (Check my new youtube channel if you want youtube.com/pamelabrit17).
When I arrived the recepcionist was very kind and nice with me. My haircut was with Helik, he was on time and he was a sweetheart with me. I explained him my problem, my hair had no shape, it was laying straight so he gave me layers and a more rounded shape framing my face, now my hair has a more wavy look to it LOL, even tho i have tight curls in the new growth, like 3B/C. I still have a lot of heat damage but I will go back on 4 or 6 months to take off more.
He was amazing with me, we had a super nice conversation about hair stuff and he even asked me what inspired me to go there and be natural! He was complementing my hair also everytime!
I heard him speaking spanish and I was so happy (I am dominican and he is puerto rican) and we started speaking spanish all the time and talking about how my country and his country feel about curly hair lol, It was so much fun.
The used No poo and One condition and Arc Angel to scrunch my ends cause the were still kinda straight so they were trying to creat a curl or wave to it, they used a huge hooded dryer that dryed my hair super fast and my hair was soking wet, in 10 or 15 min I was done. Then they shake my hair to break the gel cast and i was done! As time passed by my hair got bigger and more bouncy and it was so shiny and frizz free ALL DAY! Devacurl products are amazing!
