Great results today! New method!
I did a variation of the cwc method! I'm referring to it as DTwc!
I started with a DT, using GFTN (the old formula), honey, and EVOO. I left it in while I shaved, etc. then I detangled, and then I put low-poo on my scalp, massaged, and rinsed it all. Then I used my regular RO - GVPCB.
That was it! Styled as usual and have great clumps and curls!!!

I going to try this - I'm just now about to jump into the shower (how awesome are lazy Sundays?) & now I've got a new experiment to try. Thanks for sharing this.

Thanks again for sharing this method. I did this yesterday (used slightly different products - had to work with what's in my stash). I raked some conditioner & coconut oil through my wet hair, then used a wide tooth comb to fully distribute and let it "marinate" while I showered. Washed out with Organix coconut milk shampoo then used GVPCB to condition. Rinsed with cool water, applied a little V05 Kiwi Lime condish as leave-in, plopped & air-dried.
My hair was so soft & shiny! Still looks good today - loose, beachy waves that are still shiny, soft and virtually frizz-free. I think I'll make this my Sunday ritual.

Oh good!!! So glad it worked for you!!!
I'll definitely be using it more often. And I think I may be liking CWC more than co-washing, even, which surprised me! Still not sure, but that seems to work a little better (and faster) for me. More "data" is needed, however. Lol!

Congrats, Jas! So great to find a new routine that works!
Yesterday, I used a product I hadn't used in a while, and I loved the results! Best I've had in months!
