When I started on this board, I was surprised how many people use an inexpensive conditioner as a co-wash. So recently I went looking for the much acclaimed VO5. My store didn't have the kiwi lime and I wanted something citrus-y for the clarifying properties. The White Rain display was next to the VO5, and they were on sale. 80 cents! (Does anybody have the "cents" symbol on their keyboard?) The packaging alone probably costs that much. I bought the Fruit Fortifying conditioner.

Has anyone tried this? I think it may be drying. I started using a new gel this week, also, and the weather became cold, so I'm not sure if the product is getting a fair test. Considering I usually spend about $1 per ounce of salon product, I found it fun to spend 80 cents for 19 oz.

I like White Rain conditioner. I have the strawberry kind.

I like White rain energizing citrus.
I use them for co wash though not for my only conditioner.
