Smile Fmasuhr, if you see this, I have some questions for you!

Hi! You have beautiful hair, and I see in your siggie that you don't use any products except herbal ACV rinses. Can you please tell me more about that? Like your recipe? I don't have any herbs, really, but I do have apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, and apricot oil. Oh! I have some green tea, too. I was wondering how often you can do these ACV rinses, too. Also, do you use any stylers at all? Is it possible to make my own rinse with these ingredients that could be used daily?

Thanks so much!

woow thank you, i feel flattered green tea and tea tree oil is a great start. for awhile i had to just use green tea cause i didnt have anything else. right now though im using: sage, green tea, nettle and i just got marshmallow root last week. i just boil water like a tea, and pour it over all the herbs, (exept the marshmallow root i do that different.) and then just leave it to seep till its cold then strain it and add my ACV. i put it in a spray bottle and spray my scalp with it, then when its half finished i pour the rest over my hair and plop so that my hair, "soaks it up". same ppl rinse it out i leave it in.
now with the marshmallow root, you can treat it the same as the other herbs, but marshmallow root had fantastic slip. n thats what i need for my 3c curls. so i allow it to soak in a cup of water, for an hour to over night, then i gently bring it to a boil. i let it really boil for a minute or so then i turn it right now and leave it for a minute, then i turn it up again and let it really boil and back down. i do this for 15 minutes or so till i have a nice thickish water i guess.
i dont really know how much water/herbs i use. i just eye ball it, i put the same amount of each herb in. and about 1 tbsp marshmallow root. maybe i use 400mls water...... 1 n a half cups.
green tea and tea tree oil, you only need 2 or 3 drops of the tea tree and ACV would be GREAT if you have scalp problems. If you message it in it would also be a great growth stimulator. ooh yea and the apricot oil would be great to seal it all in. hope that helps a bit?
