So sorry about the bad experience nice customer service though. It better be for $120! LOL I honestly don't even bother with "salons" anymore. I just end up disappointed. They just try to sell me products and charge me an exorbitant amount of money. I go to a barber shop that's $15 a cut. I tell them exactly how I want my hair cut and they are not offended if I bring my own products. The last time I paid more than $20 for a haircut, she cut it unevenly and seriously effed up my bangs. They were already too short and I had to tweak it at home so they were even shorter! Still getting over that trauma...anyway, update on how your consultation goes. I hope it works out for the best!
