Default Heat

Does it count using heat if you diffuse your hair on the coolest setting on your hair dryer? Thanks!

Hi Tripgirl3a! Everyone's hair is different and there are no hard and fast rules. We all need to find what works for our individual hair. If your hair is healthy and you're using products that keep you moisturized, some diffusing shouldn't cause you any problems. If your hair is damaged and dry, even a little diffusing can aggravate it. If diffusing works for you and your hair is healthy, then by all means, go ahead and do it. Keep in mind that too much of even a good thing can have consequences. Are you diffusing daily until your hair is bone dry? Probably not a good idea even if your hair is healthy. Good luck!
