Default Herbal Essences Set Me Up gel alternatives?

Hi, I was wondering if there are any alternatives, preferably from LA looks gels, that have the same hold as HESMU gel. I tried it recently and it gave me very nice curls, but I had to use a lot of it each time I do my hair, which is every other day. I all ready tried LA looks sports and mega mega hold gel and they're nice, but I want something with a little less hold. Thanks!

Something with LESS hold than LALS? HESMU is pretty strong hold!!

I always say that LAL Power Spikes is comparable, but it's got fairly strong hold.

Idk how to advise you, really, bc I'm confused on the hold issue! But you may want to try the LALPS. It's cheap enough that if you dont like it it won't be a huge waste!

Ecostyler from Sally's may be another good option. I've never tried it but several people on here recommend it.

Sorry I don't really know how to explain this but I have very thick hair and HESMU seems to be a somewhat lighter of a hold than what I'm used to

Huh. Well, give the power spikes a try. Have you tried their curl one? It's supposed to be lighter hold!

And you might look on here for ecostyler reviews!

GL!

No I haven't tried them, but I will. I'll also check out ecostyler. Thanks so much for your help!
