Live Curly Live Free Hair Analysis... What Now?

Okay, so I brought the hair analysis profile, and according to my bank account statements, they have my money and it is being processed today. Now that's done, I'm now... confused! I mean, what am I supposed to do? Who am I supposed to mail my hair sample to? Do I have to buy a Ziploc plastic bag, or will any plastic bag work? How many hair strands do I send? Do they matter where the hair strands are from?

If anyone has real experience with them, could I maybe have their address, and when will they email me with the download link? Thank you!

They will send you an email with instructions and a form to fill out.

You should receive an email pretty soon.

i did this awhile ago and forgot all about it. are they supposed to email you the results?

Don't be nervous. I can't remember how quickly they sent me the email, but it didn't take long. Check your spam box. They have clear instructions as to what to do and how to mail in the samples. They were pretty quick with my results too.

Yes. It only took about a week and a half after I mailed in the samples to receive my results via email. I would contact them depending on how long it's been since you sent in your samples.

I checked my spam box and my inbox... nothing yet. :S Then again, the money is being processed TODAY so maybe I'll hear something from them by tomorrow?

Yes it is. You should receive an email within a couple of days.

Make sure you check your spam folder, just in case. You should receive complete, detailed instructions on what you need to do.

I downloaded it and saved it into my computer now. I can read the instructions clearly!

Quick question before I hit the shower to wash my hair: the instructions says that my hair samples should be clean and not have any stylers in it (gels, mousses, oils, creams, etc). They say conditioner is okay, though. But what do I use to completely wash my hair with? Do I use my Deva Curl no poo, low poo, or do the harsh clarifying shampoo to ensure super clean results?

Please help me ASAP! Thank you all so much!

In that case, I shall clarify my hair and that's it. I don't even trust my conditioner even if it's CG, lol! I want my hair to be totally "blank".

I'm so glad someone got this thread started I too sent in my hair, my dna to this so called service I did the instructions and mailled my ish off in may 30 2012 well its almost a month june 30th and I still received nothing I followed instructions added them to my address book. And everything still nothing on the website it says to wait 3 or 4 weeks before. You contact them. She took some service off her site recently(not this) but when I paid the price was 12.95 after june 1 2012 the price jumped to 19.95 idk if this was bc she had cut curl wizard out or what but I know I went to the correct site, so I decided to email the company out of concern what came as a red flag for me is that after I sent it I got an automated repliy basically saying how busy they were this is the same email. That's on her site to contact them, so as of this point I paid through pay pal and I filled out a claim who sets their help contact email up with an automated responce! So she got untill july 12 to respond to pay pal if not I get my $ back but this still doesn't change the fact she has my d*mn dna

Did you double check your spam/junk folder, just in case? I suppose they could be busier than usual, but I've never heard of anyone not getting their results, though a few have gone to junk/spam folders unnoticed. Hope this gets resolved for you.

Yes I check it everyday but I never received a thing I added the email to myu contacts just like the website says, so even if she did email me it wouldn't go to my spam but I still check

Omg I am going through the same thing TM89! I sent it the end of may and its now the end of june. And nothing! I am worried I will not get results and paid for nothing! I am also waiting maybe another 2 weeks and then I'm taking control of the situation! I also emailed them and got an automated email back as well! What the hecks going on???? :/

I had to call them. It turns out they had not receive it. I sent it again and received my analysis within a week. Given the state of the postal service, it happens.

Hi mom2lyse20 I'm so mad I'm not even mad about the money I'm mad about my freaking hair my dna, but this is why I NEVER pay for anyhting online though without going through paypal, no I know I mailed it off right to the address that she has on her site and I had enough postage bc I had also mailed my mom in another state(I live in ga) and she got my letter(I sent a brown envelop to both her and my mom) so I know I had the right postage plus my dad is a mail man, if you go to her siteand purchase the hair analysis you will get an email with the down load link and stuff but the insuctions that come with the email she specifically says that for you not to use delivery signature OR delivery conformation which I followed her instuctions which. I shouldn't had I should had went against that and did delievery conformation because all it was is it will give you a tracking number to see if she received it, why on earth would you want your customers to not do delivery conformation I do it with ebay and they never had to sign for the things I send my customers but I was trying to abide by her sh-t. I seriously tried yall lol but I'm going to get my $ back we will see if she really sent or received anything becauye if she can prove she did she will have to present it to paypal as a form of proof so that she will not have to pay me my refund, I hate rip off companies you can't trust nothing these days and yes I'm a bit ticked off about it because I'm trying to car for my 4b type hair thank you! Lol

Well its irronic that two people in the month of may so called got their package lost if I were her I would contact my customers who I can visually see paid but I never got their packages but that's what I would do, again she offers a email to contatct if its been more that 3 to 4 weeks but you get hit with a automated reply when you do email the company that's a hot mess but that's just my opinion
