So recently my hair has been falling out so much it's crazy and I do t wash hair every day and I do t use heat products! Is there something I can do to make my hair thick again and stop falling out! People are staring at me weird because when I get up there is hair covering my back!

Avoid tension/stress, eat right, drink water and give your scalp a good massage with your fingertips to get circulation going.

Also try using natural oils on your hair (read about argan oil or mira oil) to improve strength and minimize hair loss.

Thank you yes have been trying to drink alot of water and have started using Mira hair oil hopefully it helps thank you!

Perhaps a visit to the doctor is in order. There are a number of health issues that could be responsible, and ruling this out is a consideration. Hormonal changes and other health issues are possibilities.
