Well, a LOT of things factor in here. Are you CG? Mod-CG? No cones? Like protein?

I am pretty porous, so some of what i use might help - not totally sure, bc everyone is differet, but i would recommend you trying the Shea Moisture Retention line. The poo is very gentle, I use the condish as a LI. The Masque is nice, too. I really like the Elixir for a nice, light oil, but spray it in your palm then put it on your hair - the spray directly on you hair is way too much!

If you use cones or just need a stronger poo every now and then, I like Organix Shea. I hear VERY good things about Renpure's new line that has the argan oil or the Brazilian keratin ones - I'm drying to try them!

GVPCB is amazing as a RO or LI.
I also LOVE CNPF. If you are highly porous, you probably would too. I bet your hair would love some protein!!!

Treatments - AIgirl's gelatin recipe is amazing. Mixing the CNPF with any conditioner is good, too. For DT's, I love taking GVPCB and SM Masque, and mixing in some EVCO or EVOO, and some honey.

Another trick is using mineral oil. I know you hear bad things about it, but it's worked WONDERS for my hair! Holds moisture in, keeps humidity out, etc etc. I use it to seal after using LI, on very wet hair. I use about 5 drops of mineral oil mixed with about the same amount of either jojoba oil or SM Elixir.

HTH!!
