Default Quick poo question

i got my hair trimmed yesterday and rather than dealing with the frustration of trying to explain curly hair and CG, i just let them do their thing as far as product goes. i'm normally CG but figured one poo every six months or so won't kill me -

sooooooo....to make a long story short i need to clarify to get whatever they used out (i'm sure there were silicones). i don't want to buy anything since i won't use it again, so would Aveda Rosmary-Mint be enough to get any silcones out that might be in there? That's what my BF uses so it is all I have in the house...

Wash: Deva Low-poo
Condish and leave in: OneC or Suave Coconut

Styler: Angell or the Deva foam, sometimes KKKC

Etc: Set It Free as a refresher

Protien: Looking for one

I love hairspray...don't judge

I think you should be fine...one coating of cones will eventually come all out in a few washes.
