Default Silk scarf for sleeping?

I got a deva cut this week and my stylist recommended using a silk scarf when I sleep so I can have second day curls.

Do any of you do this? Any tips? I use a silk pillowcase but this seems like an even better idea.

Before I bought a silk bonnet I used to use a scarf. Go to TJ Maxx, they always have pretty silk scarfs this time of year. Simply tie it around your head like a big bandana, and use bobby pins to hold it in place over night. Works great!
