As u can see in my profile pic I have Longer ends on the sides of my hair. On the sides the a little past my shoulders but in the center it's short, but when's it's wet it reaches the same length, when it dries it shrinks bc of this I can't wear my hair down bc it looks strange. Any suggestion my grandmother (who is a beautician) can't Stand 2 c my curls cut and says I should grow it out. but idk what I should do, help! Should I cut it, or wait and let it grow or something else
