All of them! I love looking at different types of curls, glad that variety exists. They are fascinating. Every type can look amazing depending on care and cut, not a single one is better than any other to my eyes. I like my own just fine, but also admire both looser and curlier/thicker hair. If mine was looser I'd have more options when it comes to cuts/length, and if it was 4 type I'd be able to do twists, and I love how twistouts look, but can't do it on mine, I tried, didn't work out well. But overall I'm content with what I've got, even if I do daydream sometimes.

Everyone ofcourse has their own opinion, and everyone on some days may think the grass is greener on the 4a side or 2b side. But personally, I love kinky curls. 3c and on into the 4s. It's exotic and very interesting. I have type 3b/3c mix and I often spend time trying to make my curls tighter and add volume. It's all about personal preference. But ALL curls are beautiful. We're a rare breed and a lucky one at that. The versatility of our hair is amazing. (: Whoo, go curly heads! Lol.

They're all great! I just like to see healthy, shiny, well-kempt hair, regardless of curl pattern. I have a special fondess for wavy hair, I think, but I love all types of hair regardless of how loose or tight the curl is. There's no "best type" because how it looks, how flattering it is, how it's styled, etc. entirely depends on the person whose head you find it on!

I think they are all great for different reasons. With wavy hair, there's a lot less of the shrinkage issue so they show their length relatively easily. With curly hair (type 3s) its cool that you can define each ringlet to show off the curls. Type 4 hair is awesome for its versatility and volume. Also when it is moisturized and healthy there is nothing like the cottony softness of coily-kinky locks. So I vote for all 3!!!

hahaha, you know that this is a biased website and of course no one is actually going to say which curl type they think is "the best" because it would get ugly, right?

Any curl is a good curl. Honestly I am partial to 3c curls. I think they have a nice look to them. I'm more of a 4a, which is also lovely. Truth is its a matter of personal opinion. No curl is "better". They can all be beautiful if taken care if, or terrible if not.
I predict this thread will quietly die out, or cause SO much unnecessary drama.

Usually, for me, it's the one I'm looking at. Waves, coils, curls, spirals, corkscrews, kinks, whatever, well cared for and healthy=beautiful.
