Default oils

I visited the beauty supply store while I was leaving the mall today and I was looking at the different oils. I want to try them one at a time. I need to decide between carrot, grape seed n coconut. Which should I try first?

well i love coconut oil. lots of curlies use it. though there are same who are protein sensitive and who cant use coconut. im protein sensitive but i still love using coconut oil. so i would go for the lightest. i THINK grape seed oil is the lightest. that is so you know you can use oils and work your way up from that.

There are some good articles here on nc.com on oils -- their different properties and benefits. I read them early on when I wanted to try out oils and didn't know where to start. If you do a search and narrow it down by the "articles" tab, you'll fine several. This is one I found really helpful: Best Hair Oils for Curly Hair
There are LOTS of different oils that different people use successfully, so do do a search here on nc.com to find out more.
blulight likes this.
