Another Protein Tx Question
My hair is fine, porous, medium density and is I think a 3b curl pattern. It seems from what I have read here that it should like protein. However I have done several PTs and DT's but I can't tell any improvement. It still seems dry and frizzy. I really don't know if it needs protein - How can I tell???

The dry and frizzy you're describing may not have anything to do with PTs and DTs, it may either take you more time to get your hair hydrated and healthy, or one of your styling products may be drying your hair out still.
