Porosity! I think I figure it out!

So I washed my gait yesterday and while in the shower I combed my hair. Yes, I had conditioner in it lol anyway, it was deranged and when I got out of the shower I flipped upside down and combed it with a wide tooth comb. It was soaking wet too. And it still got tangled! Someone told me if it gets easily tangled even after detailing its high porosity! Please confirm?!?!
Whenever I comb our brush my hair upside down, it's always tangles when I flip it upright again. If I don't style it upside down (the closest I get is to plop it) it doesn't get tangled. So I'd say that technique just doesn't work for us.

Would you say this is due to high porosity though?
