First, a few questions:
Are you looking to wear your hair straight or wavy?
I know you said you've tried a lot of products- what are you currently using?
Have you considered trying CG or modified CG?
For some immediate help, I would wash with a sulfate shampoo (try to find one that is silicone-free), do a protein treatment (there's a homemade recipe on the 2s forum, or ION Effective Care from Sally's is also a great choice. MorrocanOil's mask that's labeled repairing would also work). Follow this with a good deep conditioner (One n' Only Argan Hydrating Mask, GVP Conditioning Balm from Sally's are great options).
If you want to continue to use silicone products, you need to make sure that you're giving you're hair a good opportunity to absorb lots of moisture. If everything that you use has cones, it doesn't matter if you use a mask once a week, nothing can get through the silicone layer. The products I recommended are all silicone-free, so if you use them following a cone-free sulfate shampoo they should be able to get absorbed into the hair. A good cheap sulfate shampoo choice is Garnier Fructis Pure Clean. It's cone-free and not horribly drying. Another great option if you're willing to spend a little more is Redken Fresh Curls- it's a gentle sulfate that will remove any silicone products from your hair without stripping away the moisture.
