Default Do you need a sulfate poo if you use a pomade?

I find that when I use any pomade, including ones that are CG, I have to use a sulfate poo to get rid of it. Otherwise, my hair feels gunky and built up. I think the oils just need to be removed with a sulfate poo.

I haven't found that a lo poo does as well. What are you experiencing?

I used retro vinyl from sallys the other day. its very shiny and not much on the hold. My organix shampoo took it right out though.
