Oh dear...minor obstacle

Hi everyone,

Today I found that with conditioner left in my hair, and letting the curls dangle, that my cheeks either side have gotten a little spotty. I can actually feel the product on my skin. Does anyone else have this problem? I want to wear it down as much as I can, but i didn't bank on this happening.

Love Liz xx

But then again, too few to mention...
If you're talking about letting it sit on the hair in the shower until you can detangle you can loosely clip it on top of your head as you shower or put a shower cap on.
Some conditioenrs have made my hairline break out but I haven't had my face do anything because of them...... yet anyway.

If it smells good put it in your hair, if it tastes good spit it out!
Hi there,

No, I mean when its dry and im wearing it down, it does tend to fall on my face a whole lot, and the leave in seems to make my facial skin break out.

Curse my sensitive skin! I can't be bothered with trying a load of new things to see how they affect my skin!

if you use gel you coudl try magick botanicals or aura...they are both really good for sensitive people
WEll dang that does suck!
You could just use a bobby pin the color of your hair or close to pin back just the parts that fall on your cheeks.

I hope you get it worked out soon

This happens to me too! More where my hair touches my neck. I've had to just stop leaving in conditioner, or using cream stylers. My hair loves them but my skin can't handle it.

Now I just try using gel stylers that aren't too drying- Set Me Up is my current fave. I also use cone conditioners if I'm shampooing, and alternate that with CO-washing with VO5 raspberry. This routine seems to strike the balance between dryness and overmoisture/breakouts.
