When setting up the espresso maker, my water hardness was a 3 of 4. I think the ACV rinse depends. When I started using soap bars, I did them every 3 days (and did an ACV rinse.) Now, I do them every 5 days, or so. Because I use "good" products, with proper pH, I stopped using ACV rinse. Figured that my rinse out (and subsequent styling products) restored the proper pH to my hair. I haven't noticed a difference, but I do get my hair cut every 6 weeks.
CJ Daily Fix has a chelating agent and coco b in it. I use it every few weeks to remove any possible mineral build up. Low poo should remove soap scum, too.
