fustrated!....do i have to buy expensive stuff 2 b happy?!

Ok so I've been cg for a while now and am still experimenting mainly with stylers! I am ok with how my hair comes out....I mean compared to how horrible it was before cg I shouldn't b complaining but I want best! A good hair day back then wasn't even comparable to my bad hair days now! Lol it was bad then!
I am just fustrated bc I keep lookin at these transformation pictures from all of you and your hair is just gorgeous! Mine is just ok!

I have very LOW density so I don't have a lot of volume even if I tried bc I have very little hair on my head. I mean I was even gettin bald on the sides back then, which a little grew back in *yayyy* but its still some baldness on the sides, and it takes my hair soooo much to even grow an inch!

I keep seeing all these expensive products being used and all I use is cheap ones I can afford....do I or should I try those kinky curly ones for example to see? I'm scared ill waste all that money bc my hair will still b annoying and ugly! HELP! I'm extremedly fustrated here.....and very jealous of all the gorgeous hair I keep seeing here :'(
2C-3A, FINE TEXTURE, NORMAL POROSITY, NORMAL ELASTICITY
(according to my hair analysis) [thought it was worst!]

Cowash: Suave Naturals
RO: Ion Effective Care, GVPCB
PT/DT: IAGIRL's PT, One n' Only Argan Hydrating Mask
LI: Cure Care, GVPCB
Style:EXPERIMENTING STILL!!! Trying: HE mousses,.la sports gel,
Mixed Chicks, SSCEJ, Ecostyler Krystal, KCCC
two suggestions:

1 -- put 'drugstore products' in the search box here, i know there are several threads about good inexpensive products.

2 -- most of us buy our products during sales or using coupon codes. aveyou.com is a popular website as it carries many brands and offers many types of discounts. and the shipping is virtually non-existent. i can give you codes if you want.

first you need to see what works for your hair. unfortunately that takes some experimenting.
knowing your hair properties is a good way to start.
then reading signatures of the members who have similar properties is a good way to find suggestions. kathymack is a member who sells samples of many products. her fokti lists the products and sample prices. you can pm her.

you dont need to spend alot money at all for your hair to look good! i just use condish and oil for my hair/styler. just those two things do a great job so that im happy enough

They don't have to be expensive. Just the right products. As said, it takes trial and error. I thought I had it all down after a year.. NO! <_<
