Dandruff!

I have horrible dandruff and I can not find a good shampoo with no silicones, polyquats and parabens
Does anyone know a good dandruff shampoo?

Cleanser: shea moisture's african black soap cleanser or moisture retention shampoo
Conditioner: tresemme naturals, shea moisture restorative conditioner
Syler: shea moisture's curl soufflé and smoothie.
have you tried an ACV rinse? when i do it i use lots of herbs. it helps to keep the scalp conditioned and clean and fresh. also try rosemary or tea tree oil both are great for scalp health.

my hair: 3c, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.

I also blog about my hair journey, please feel free to read and comment/ask questions http://www.naturallycurly.com/blogs/...air-blogs/2494
Have you tried other things besides shampoo? Some people use coconut oil or antiseptic mouthwash for their dandfruff. My bf uses the antiseptic mouthwash and it really helps then he rubs a little cocnut oil on sometimes. There are a lot of helpful home remedies that can be use to help the issue.

You could try Giovanni Triple Tea Treat shampoo. It doesn't have cones, polyquats or parabens that I'm aware of. It makes your scalp all tingly and would probably help with the dandruff. Careful though, because it's pretty strong.

Hi ! There is a recipe mentioned in CG method. You need:
1 tablespoon brown sugar(or uncooked quinoa)
3 tablespoons condition.
Mix them together to create a thick paste. Wet hair in shower and put the paste starting at the nape of your neck and moving upward gently massaging the scalp in circular montion. Rinse hair throughly, then condition and style.

I am about to do this now. I was yesterday to the sea and my scalp is kind of itchy now.
Is it really dandruff or just a dry, flaky scalp?
