AG recoil experiences?
For those of you who have used it, what were your experiences?
I really want to love this product but it leave my hair frizzy and a little stringy in some areas. Isnt it supposed to moisturize?
Would love to have some feedback. Thanks!

I love it so far. Ive used it twice with great results (see signature picture) . I only use a nickle sized amount and I comb it through. I follow with AIF and BRHG.

It's a good curl enhancer for me but my hair feels dry and very producty when I use it. I have been meaning to try it mixed with something more moisturizing to see if that helps. I get comparable curl enhancement from SSCEJ without the nasty dry feel...

AG Recoil is the only hair product I've ever returned. It was a disaster for me - dry, extremely frizzy hair. Every time, no matter what I tried to use under / over / with it. I attribute this to glycerin, mag sulfate, and a polyquat all in the same formulation. Thankfully Ulta happily refunded me.

This was my exact same experience, and I completely agree w/ wavymom as to the reasons - too many of those ingredients my hair doesn't do well with all combined in one product (disaster!). Thank goodness for Ulta's return policy.

Hmmm...I wonder if my hair loves those things because I have never had so many good h air days in a row! I guess I am figuring out what it DOES like!

I use it with a gel on top, it gives me good curl definition but not enough hold. I don't find it drying but I also don't use it more than once a week or so.
