It could be a great deep conditioner if you mix it with an oil.

I wonder if there's any correlation between liking this product (or not) and hair porosity? Lately I have found porosity to be more of a factor in many aspects than I ever would have thought.
Maybe it does. Im guessing it may have something to do with how wet your hair is when you use it. Highly porous hair gets sopping wet easily, right?

I have low porosity hair so I tend to have to wet it down again after applying conditioner to get that sopping seaweed feeling. It's not really wet right off the bat.

I am medium to low porosity too and have a hard time getting my hair wet in the shower, I have to rewet my hair after detangling conditioner and wait for like 2 minutes to start detangling!

"My husband would yell- why are you standing doing nothing in the shower" lol

Oh... I don't measure, really. :/ maybe a quarter sized puddle of EVOO and a dime of honey? I just sort of eyeball it.

Jas, I've been searching for some thread to tell you if my success! Why does our hair love it?, I'm having the BEST hair day ever, no joke. I actually stood in the mirror thinking, "ok, now I've done it. This is the peak. I've perfected it." Lol. Is that super lame?,

I love that you only need like a drop of this stuff to spread it in your hair. at least for me. it's the only thing that keeps my hair healthy in the winter.

In the Uk I'm fairly sure the Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie Conditioning Balm doesn't have a cone (I have some, I like it, I'm v porous too), but there is an ultra hydrating conditioning balm by Matrix which does have amodimethicone.

I don't think the GVP version is available in the Uk, wish it was.

Fine to medium, high porosity, medium density, very low elasticity
Highlights damage (growing it out), seems to like protein and need lots of moisture.

Cleanse - CJDF, trying out low poos ; Co wash- Uk chemist brands, Urtekram Rose or Aloe, Hairveda Amala Cream Rinse; RO - varies, Tigi Moisture Maniac, Desert Essence Coconut ; Leave in - Keracare natural textures; Sealant - argan oil
Trying out new things, still looking.

LOL! Super lame? Maybe, but I can't say I've never had those moments! Lol!!

I know... I was out of it for a while, and when I got more I was kicking myself for waiting so long to re-stock!! My hair ADORES this!!

Do you have an CNPF?? You can mix some with it if you need a protein hit on any given day!

LOL! It's Colorful Neutral Protein Filler from Sally's! It's a liquid protein solution used when coloring hair, or as a protein treatment or additive. It's great stuff! You can even dilute it and make a protein spray!

Hmm my hair loves it as a leave-in i guess everyone is different. It doesn't leave my hair crunchy like other conditioners...just soft, bouncy, and defined
