I've been noticing hops in a lot of hair and beauty products lately. I did some research to what they contribute. I've learned that beer can moisturized, add shine, and cleanse hair.

I found some recipes on here for beer shampoo and conditioners.

Has anyone washed their hair with beer or conditioned? Just curious and intrigued.

i was thinking of doing that but never got around too it. i have heard how ever, that it does smell bad.... even when its dry..... so maybe do it when youve got a nice wkend alone, or not expecting company

I have before. It was a long time ago so I don't fully remember the results. Just seems like a waste of a perfectly good beer.

LUSH has a shampoo called Cynthia Stout that uses beer. I found it a little drying for daily use.
