Conditioner similar to CJ Beauticurls?

Curlies, suggestions please!

I have never loved a conditioner as much as Beaticurls Strengthening Conditioner, but at over $20/12oz, my poor freelance theatre-working self cannot afford to keep buying it.

It's making me very sad (I have maaaaybe 1 'serving' left) and I'm wondering what out there in the drugstore/whole foods world may come close to working the same way.

Low Poo: GTTT, TJ's Refresh

Rinse Out: LVP, TJ's Nourish, GFTN, 365, SSCC
Styling: HEBE,
Biotera Curl Cream/Gel, Marie Dean, EW SAJ, Pink Boots, Re:Coil, KCCC, CK
what about getting it at curlmart when they have a sale?
or anytime at aveyou.com -- with code FIVE you get 15% off and for under $50 order it's a flat $5 shipping fee, $50 and over it's $1.

i find that i use waaayyy less of cj products, so that 12 oz bottle lasts a lot longer than some 32 oz products i've used -- so combine that with either sale prices (marsha will most likely have a black friday sale) or aveyou discounts, it's doable for me.

3a, some 2c & 3b, medium texture, porosity normal, low elasticity
washing/cowashing, conditioning, protein tx: curl junkie products
leave in:cj conditioners and treatments as leave in
styling: cj pattern pusha, cj honey butta leave in, cj cccc, cj ciab, lalsg. cj aloe fix gel is my high dews/summer HG!!
sealants - spiral solutions emollience butter, jane carter nourish & shine
It's not so much the amortizing the cost over the 3 or 4 months that it takes me to use the product, it's justifying more than $20 for conditioner when I'm not working...

i understand. maybe a 20% curlmart sale? it's $18, so that would be $16+, but if you are out of work, still too much.

i've tried drugstore brands, found them drying or i'd literally use about 1/3 bottle each time, so no real savings.

have you looked at the various threads here on drugstore products?

I wonder if the Renpure Organics Keratin would be similar. I like the Argan oil version (not much cheaper at $12) since it's light and and protein free. If I remember correctly, keratin is the protein in the CJ BSC (love it too).
Coarse texture, normal-high porosity, normal elasticity (Komaza Care), very weak waves
cleanser: Redken Fresh Curls Shampoo, CJ Daily Fix

rinse out: CJ Beauticurls, CJ A&OO, CJ Smoothing

jellies/creams: Mop C, KCCC, SCE FSG
gels: CJ CQ, BRHG

I have a bottle of Tresemme Naturals to try next, but if that doesn't work it will be updo's and ponytails for a while. =)
