measuring ponytail circumference with curly hair
I've lately been trying to watch my circumference to monitor if I"m keeping my hair on my head. But I read on another site, that us curlies should be measuring with a wet ponytail to be fair and accurate, to get all the air out. What do you all think? that makes me sad, because my pony measures 3.9 inches when it's dry. But I know wet, it's going to go down quite a bit, but maybe that's the correct way since we're including air in our measurements. Wanted others opinions.
