When someone tells you how nice your hair looks and your reply is "uhhhh it's not nice today! My products aren't reacting to the new dew points and I didn't know my conditioner had protein in it!! " and they stare at you like you're crazy.

OMG I do that!!!!! And now I have taken to hiding my special favs in a separate cabinet because my daughter uses everything in her waist-length hair.

DH did the same thing with a bar of soap I got from NCN Professional Skincare. He thought its lathered really nicely and took it into the shower with him. I could have killed him .... Lathering himself up with my $9 face soap.

When you have six big bottles of cg friendly conditioners stocked up at home and you are itching to buy more . I mean it . I'm doing my best to hold myself back from buying more.

Also, when your significant other knows that you will be more happy to get a cheap hair product as an anniversary/bday gift than jewelry.
