If I don't hav a lot of products on my hair, I just spray some water onto my hair to make it damp and apply my DT.. . And I do sit under my steamer for 10 to 15 mins.. Steaming makes a huge difference..HTH. .

Okay, I'll bite.
I'm just starting out so I hope it will look better as time goes on! I'm seeing a lot of inspiration on this thread!

Thank you, whisper!! It's been really fun to look in the mirror and see defined curls and waves instead of just frizz. Love it! My hair is actually even curlier today. I'll post again in a few weeks, maybe when it's stabilized a bit.

Everyone's hair looks so amazing! I'm trying to grow my hair. I need a trim but really hate going in, they always cut off way more then necessary!
My hair is only wavy, but here's mine!

Beautiful curls you've all got! And really long ones in-between too
I'm have some bad hair days at the moment because I don't have time to let my hair air dry in the morning and then it get flat and not very nice looking. Any advise on that?? And maybe some advise on how to get the crown pieces to curl better?? It's in the back of my crown the curls tend to stretch/get flat... And I do not like it!
Here are some pictures of my hair - a few months old and also before/after cutting it myself.

Updated pic! I cut off about 1.5" the other night because my ends were looking bad:
btw, there's also pics of my shorter hair in this thread - if you wanted to see what i started with.
I usually have my hair parted to flipped to one side so it looks more volumized, but for the sake of length pictures I didn't do that. I really don't like how it looks thin, because my hair is pretty thick.
