Default How to maintain curl, color, and CG when swimming in chorine

I love swimming in the pool. My hair type details are listed in my signature. Really need some good advice.

I know the reigning wisdom is to wet and put a lot of conditioner on your hair before applying a bathing cap. After swimming, do I just rinse out the conditioner and go (presumably after putting my regular styling treatments afterwards). Or do I need to do a low-poo first to get out the chlorine, then follow it up with the co-wash and style routine. Maybe add a silicone-free or oil sealant, too?

I strongly suspect it'll be best to low-poo, then do the whole shebang again, but was wondering what everyone else thinks.
2c, fine, extremely dense, color-treated, high porosity.

CG since 10/12
