Default What will get out amodimethicone?

Do I need a sulfate, or will a sulfate free shampoo be enough? thanks

SLS, SLES, cocamidopropyl betaine, cocobetaine, ALS, or ALES are supposed to get it out.

The post celticcurls linked to is fabulous.

I use a shampoo with cocamidopropyl betaine (Kiss My Face everyday shampoo - sulfate free) once or twice a week and use the occasional product with amodimethicone and have no buildup.
