I love letting my husband touch my curls... but the key thing is that he knows "how" to touch my curls. He knows to "cup" them rather than run his fingers through them. He is well trained.

I'm a curly-headed runner, triathlete and foodie! Sweat, chlorine, sun... my hair gets tortured by it for 8 to 10 hours each week. It somehow always manages to 'bounce' another day!

My husband wants nothing to do with my hair when it's wet. If his arm brushes against it, he jumps back and acts like he just touched anthrax or something.
He tries to be affectionate by un-curling my curls, and if I'm not going anywhere, I'll grit my teeth, force a smile, and try to keep from pushing his hand away.

I let him touch it, but not run his fingers through it 'cause that hurts and turns it into a frizzy mess.

My cats are allowed to do whatever they want however--lying on my hair, kneading it--everything goes! You can tell where my priorities are

I've noticed that mine will stroke my hair (sort of like you'd stroke a cat) when I'm wearing it straight or wavy and I haven't obviously put product on it. If it's wet or gelled-up or pomaded, or I've styled it curly (which usually involves gel), he doesn't seem to want to touch it. I think he just doesn't like the feel of it when I've used product. Not that I blame him, I don't like to touch his hair when it's pomade-slicked down either. :P

I can't keep my own hands out of my hair. I love the way it feels. That is probably why it's always a little frizzy, but if I can't play with it, it is not fun!

I always let people touch it even though it makes it frizzy. I would rather have frizzy hair than be a big grouch.

the shorter my hair...the less it gets messed up.... so now I wouldnt really mind... but I don't have an SO... so I go to mom. She has the nice long fingernails. Haha.
