You can also get a filter for your shower head if you hard water. It will help with the build up on your hair. I use one and love it. I change the filter every 3-5 months. Right about the time I start notice the build up on my hair.

Filters run at the cheapest I've seen about $35 at like Walmart.
As far as a list of low poos containing it, there's not a thread I'm aware of but any low poo you're interested in will list it in the ingredients. Sorry I'm not much help there.

Go to Curlmart and search for sulfate free shampoos. It will give you a pretty good list.

I don't order online. :/
I just don't know why it's so hard to find a sulfate free shampoo with tea tree oil and the coco betaine. I googled it and nothing is coming up.

If you live near a Trader Joe's, I'm pretty sure their Tea Tree Tingle shampoo has oil and coco-betaine.

I've seen Giovanni stuff at my Walgreens, but I can't say if it was this exact one. Might be worth a look!
And I know you said you don't order online, but if that's bc of shipping, it's free on orders $25 and up - though you probably know that already!!

With hard water, castille soap will cause a film on the hair like soap bars. That's why people with hard water have issues with shampoo bars.

Whole Foods and Target both carry Giovanni and the price runs about $6-$9. It's pretty cheap and works great

I have the Giovanni and it does work well but I found if I used it too much it kinda dried me out, To get around that I added some conditioner to the length and focused mainly on the scalp then gently combed my fingers through the length to distribute it before rinsing. I also found that along with my hard water I was using the wrong conditioner to cowash. It turned out I couldn't use just any condish I needed a clarifying one. The VO5 ones ended up working great, are supercheap and have EDTA in them which helps get rid of hard water buildup. HTH.

Well, we definitely do not have Giovanni at my walgreeens. Ill check whole foods. Hopefully we do there. I seen where someone else was using Organix Tea Tree shampoo. It's sulfate free, but idk if it has a good cleansing ingredient in it.
Just seen your post, VO5 for cowash? Like the clarifying kiwi one?
