Default New Paul Mitchell curl line

Has anyone tried these yet? If so, what do you think of them?

I got the sample pack (shampoo, leave in treatment and beachy texture cream gel) through a promotion, but haven't used any of them yet, so I can't help you there. The product I REALLY wanted was the Twirl Around Crunch-Free Curl Definer, which was not included, but I was able to pick it up in a swap. I have used it 3 times, and thus far it has lived up to its name.

My hair gets very easily weighed down, so I used a very small amount the first time. The results were OK, but nothing special. When I used more (think a small dollop of whipped cream), the difference was dramatic: excellent curl formation, NO frizz, and good root volume. I don't use a leave in conditioner anyway, but you'd never need one with this (jojoba, apricot, elderberry, castor and strawberry oils; shea and babassu butters). The only problem is the trimethicone, so if you're CG this is not for you.

I'll see how it holds up over time, but I wouldn't hesitate to repurchase based on what I've seen to date.

Cool thanks! I want to try the "twirl around" too. Glad you like it.
