Default CG girls, assistance please

Beyond seeing a paraben in this, is there anything that isn't water soluble?

Sebastian Mousse Forte
Water, Isobutane, Hydrofluorocarbon 152A, Polyquaternium-11, Phenoxyethanol, PEG-25 Paba, Panthenol, Propane, Laureth-4, Butane, Fragrance, Disodium EDTA, Methylparaben, Cetrimonium Chloride.

A friend of mine was asking and it's been a long time since I have done any real ingredients checks on products.

Thanks!

Huh. I didn't even catch that. I thought most mousses had something along those lines to help propel it from the can? Or am i thinking of something else?

Yup, the propane, butane, and Isobutane are all propellants, flammable ones at that. Definitely not something to use near open flames (who does that anyway?).
