Default can i use my conditioner as a leave-in ??

im wondering if i could use my conditioner Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition as a leave-in conditioner?

this is how my hair looks, im not CG yet

Very high dews (70F or more) and lots of humidity (above 80%)
3a/3b mostly, normal porosity, medium texture (I think)

Sometimes I use: TRESemme flawless curls shampoo
Co-wash: Suave Green Apple
Conditioner: Garnier Fructis Oil Repair
Styling: Flaxseed gel, shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie

Still experimenting...

Yes! Many people (myself included) use their rinse out as a leave-in!

Oh! I forgot to add that your curls look very pretty even though you aren't CG!

thanks!! I'm starting again the CG method, i read in your signature that you use olive oil as an styler; how do you apply it??

You're welcome! I put a little of the oil on my hair after applying my leave-in. It seals in the moisture. I also add olive oil to my conditioner for more slip, or if am am deep conditioning my hair. Sometimes I even mix it with my leave-in so I can knock out the moisturizing and sealing process all at once.

ohhhh im going to try that! Do you warm the oil or you just mix it with the leave in?

I just mix it with my leave-in! I only warm the oil when I am doing a hot oil treatment!

GFTN should be awesome as a leave in, just watch the amount. It's fairly rich and could weigh your hair down if you use too much. I used the old silicone free formula last winter on my hair as both RO and LI with great results. Once you go CG, the new formula has amodimethicone which is not CG friendly and requires a low poo or sulfate shampoo to remove.
