Default Hair falling out!

My hair has started falling out and I just now made the connection that it might be my shampoo. I am going through menopause, so I thought it was hormones but I was just reading the reviews on the shampoo that I've been using and a user said her hair was falling out too! Can someone help me and see what ingredient might be causing this? I actually like the shampoo but don't want to keep using it if it's not good for my hair. BTW, my hair is EXTREMELY thick so the hair loss is not a problem! I just want to make sure it's not breakage (doesn't appear to be). The shampoo is ION Smooth Solutions and I've been buying it at Sally's. Here's the ingredients:

WATER ,SODIUM COCOYL ISETHIONATE ,SODIUM C14-16 OLEFIN SULFONATE ,COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE ,SODIUM COCOAMPHOACETATE ,SODIUM LAUROYL SARCOSINATE ,GLYCOL DISTEARATE ,CITRIC ACID ,FRAGRANCE ,PEG-10 SUNFLOWER GLYCERIDES ,POLYQUATERNIUM-10 ,PROPYLENE GLYCOL ,PEG-150 PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRASTEARATE ,ACRYLATES/AMINOACRYLATES/C10-30 ALKYL PE ,PEG-6 CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC GLYCERIDES ,DISODIUM EDTA ,DMDM HYDANTOIN ,PPG-12-BUTETH-16 ,AMODIMETHICONE ,C11-15 PARETH-7 ,TRIDECETH-12 ,GLYCERIN ,LAURETH-9 ,IODOPROPYNYL BUTYLCARBAMATE ,HYDROLYZED KERATIN ,LIMONENE ,LINALOOL ,HEXYL CINNAMAL
