Super Excited About A New Conditioner!!!
So I had been trying the L'Oreal Evercreme Shampoo and Conditioner and wasn't blown away by it. It's a nice conditioner and it makes my hair shiny, but it wasn't enough. Despite it being a similar size to the SM Conditioner I went through it a lot more quickly. I was in my Super Supplements looking for something else and BAM I found this conditioner by Acure.
Moroccan Argan Oil + Argan Stem Cell Conditioner
Triple Moisture Repairing Conditioner
For Normal to Dry/Damaged/Curly Hair
Organic Euterpe oleracea (Acai) Berry, Organic Rubus fruticosus (Blackberry), Organic Rosa canina (Rosehips), Organic Punica granatum (Pomegranate), Organic Fair Trade Certified™ Rooibos, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Stearylkonium Chloride, Vegetable Glycerin, Glucono Delta Lactone (fermented sugar), Organic Argania Spinosa (Argan) Oil, Cetearyl Glucoside (from corn and glucose), Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride (guar gum conditioner), Glyceryl Stearate (vegetable-derived), L-Arginine (amino acid), Organic Fair Trade Certified™ Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Sorbitan Olivate (from olives + sugar), Panthenol (Pro-vitamin B5), Cellulose (plant derived), D-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate (vitamin. E), Lactic Acid (vegetable derived), Hippophae rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) seed oil, Organic Curcubita pepo (Pumpkin) seed oil, Ubiquinone (CoQ10), Argania spinosa (Argan) Stem Cells, glycerophosphoinositol lysine (from sunflower), Prunus dulcis (Almond) Extract, Cinnamomum aromaticum (Cassia Bark) Oil
I've only had it for a couple days, so I'm not reasy to write a review but it feel heavenly in my hair. It's rich, but not coating if you know what I mean. I'm not a huge fan of argan oil, but it seems to work in this product. It also has a lovely mild almond scent. I think I may of found all my HG's now. (I didn't try the shampoo, which looks lovely, because it contains aloe and I'm allergic to aloe).
I'm going back to Jessicurl's HCC after I finish my L'Oreal. The L'Oreal is a bit stripping in comparison, especially during the Rugby season when I wash my hair more often (dirt and sweat and spit...lovely I know). I also prefer fragrance free products when I can get them for my sensitive skin. It may end up as a body wash if I can't hold out to the end .
The SM Organic Raw Shea Butter Restorative Conditioner was always not quite right, but I'm sticking with the SM Organic Curl & Style Hair Milk for a LI because it's perfect for my hair.
I have to pick up more LI and I may try the L'Oreal Everstyle EverStyle Curl Defining Gel, since my hair is getting longer and I've heard such good things. Right now I'm gel free.
Anyway this is huge for me. I'm not a product junkie and my hair doesn't get used(?) to things so I never rotate products. I try new things occasionally, generally when the need arrives and I'm glad I gave this one a shot. I hope it continues to work.

It's great you found a product you love!!
I actually found this and bought this a few weeks ago and was excited as well. It worked OK, but it wasn't a good leave-in for me, and I only want to use conditioners that can be left in. I gave it to my friend, though, and she loves it! She prefers to rinse conditioner out. Her hair was so shiny when I saw it!! She said it might be her HG

Yeah it's a great rinse out. Maybe it's because of my hair type, but great rinse outs and great LI for me are never the same. The same product usually does a mediocre job in either dept. I personally don't care though cause it's pretty much the same cost as SM, actually cheaper since you get more, and I need two bottles anyway. I don't like to carry my conditioner from my shower to where I actually do my hair. Silly, but it's going through the exact same amounts of conditioner as if it were one product.

Bump
I asked my friend if she still likes the conditioner, and she says she loves it and that her condition has never been better. I'm starting cowashing again, and I've learned that thought my hair is wonderfully moisturized and soft, it also tends to get some build-up. I was searching for a good clarifying shampoo that wouldn't strip like the ones I've tried. I stumbled upon Acure Organics Lemongrass + Argan Stem Cell Daily Clarifying Shampoo and decided to try it. What a great find! The only shampoo I've used that doesn't strip is Shea Moisture, but that smelled way too strong and didn't clean well. This left my hair and scalp very clean but so soft, I probably could have gone without conditioner. I used some and leave-in anyway, but needless to say, this brand is great.

Oh yay! I didn't even think about that. I wish their shampoos didn't have aloe. I bet they're lovely.
sdkitty...it's neither? $8-9 for 8 ounces puts it middle of the road price wise and because it's a "natural" type product it's sold at neither drugstores or salons. Like I said I bought mine at Super Supplements, but I could as easily get it from Whole Foods.
