JoiWhip: what do you think it smells like?

I got a can of Joiwhip about a month ago. Every time I squirt it, I think "mmmmm, watermelon." And not that fake watermelon candy smell, but real fresh cut watermelon smell.

Am I nuts? Does anyone else think the JoiWhip smells like fresh cut watermelon?

What do you think it smells like?

(man, this is a hard-hitting, deep topic. )

OK....now you pushed me over the edge. I've been trying to talk myself into trying the Joiwhip for a little while now. If the stuff smells like fresh-cut watermelon, then I know I have to buy it! Thanks for the extra push! LOL

I think it has kind of a light citrus smell. I LOVE the smell of JoiWhip!

I can't decide what smell I get out of it... its really unique but I like it. A long time ago I used an ICE conditioner and I remember it having the same exact smell.

To me, it smells like an orange creamsicle.

I haven't been smelling mine because the stupid nozzle broke right off and I can't use it.
I bet I have 3/4 of a can of it. I'm going to make my DH try to rig it up somehow to work.

Mine definitely smells like orange creamsicle, but mine is the older formula. I had picked up a couple of them on clearance a couple of years ago.

Not sure what a creamsicle is but there's definately orange in there! Can't pick up watermelon at all.
It has a orange or citrus smell to it in my opinion. But you're right, it's not fake or too strong smelling!
I guess I'm weird. Or maybe I got a "weird" bottle. I did buy it at Kroger, after all!

I'm going to let me hubby & kids smell it to see what they think. Can you see me running around the house with this white puff ball in my hand, saying, "smell this and tell me what it smells like to you." My husband already thinks I've gone over the deep end concerning my hair.

Went back and smelled it again -- really put it up to my nose. Yeah, I think it's a very light citrus when I really sniff & think about it.

Story time:

I had the Joiwhip mousse in my hair the other day. I was directing my school choir practice with my friend, and she sniffs and says, "You smell like a mango." This other girl in the choir goes "It must be her hair, it always smells good." So, my friend sticks her face in my hair and smells it; I'm just standing there, kind of bewildered. Before I know it, everyone in the choir is coming down from the risers to smell my hair. It was an interesting moment...kind of weird....but hey, apparently the mousse smells like a mango.
