Help Please! List Your Favorite Lo Poos
Hey so I'm in the market for a new lo poo. Now that my hair is getting longer, I'm not quite sure the Jessicurl cleansing cream has enough slip for me and I think my hair tangles a bit unnecessarily. Problem is I'm allergic to aloe, mints, rosemary, and lavender. If you have a lo poo you love that doesn't contain those ingredients let me know.
I prefer no to mild fragrance as they can sometimes irritate my skin/scalp (looking at you Tressamme "Naturals").

I don't know if you'd want a cowash, but Darcy's Botanicals Daily Cleansing Conditioner Cream is excellent! No lather, but clean and moisturizing Mild fragrance, too.
Distilled Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Rice Bran Oil, Organic Shea Butter, BTMS, Grapeseed Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Cetyl Esters, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) Extract, Citrus Medica Limonium (Lemon) Peel Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Extract, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Leaf Extract, Cationic Guar Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, and Fragrance.
I don't know if you like protein or not, but BRÖÖ Craft Beer Shampoo is great for protein because of the beer! It was not stripping at all, but I had to stop use of it because I'm low porosity and protein-sensitive. Others love it, though!
Beer, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Glycerin, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.

Thank you for your recommendations!
Co-washing makes me nervous because I play an incredibly dirty sport, rugby, and I have a very sensitive scalp. I don't know if it would be enough.

I don't think you read my post. There are aloe and rosemary in these products...
