Default Great clarifying shampoos that won't strip?

I just started cowashing again and already noticed some build-up
I was thinking I could clarify once or twice a week, but I don't want to use a sulfate clarifying poo, and the only sulfate-free one I've tried was Kinky-Curly Come Clean, which cleaned well but stripped everything.

I was thinking maybe As I Am Cleansing Pudding. Has anyone used it? Any other suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I'd go with Jessiecurl Gentle Lather, but this is why I don't co wash. I'd rather low poo once or twice a week than have to clarify buildup.

I dilute the Kinky Curly Come Clean when I use it. 2 parts distilled water, 1 part shampoo. No stripping and clean hair and scalp.

Thanks, Jessiebanana and Junab!

I actually found an old bottle of Yes to Tomatoes Volumizing Shampoo in my cupboard, and someone told me volumizing shampoos are great for oily hair, so I tried it and it worked very well to clarify without over-stripping. It's been discontinued, though Once I run out, I'll try your suggestions!!
