HELP! Over conditioned?
Today my hair feels too soft and greasy and is breaking, but I am also protein sensitive. What should I do?

Protein sensitive hair still needs some protein. When my hair gets oc'd I use a protein rich RO. I don't leave it on for any longer than it takes to work through my hair. Works great. Do a stretch test each time you wet your hair to monitor your protein/moisture balance.

My hair:
2b wavy, medium texture, low porosity, med-high density. Protein finicky.
My routine:
Cleansing: DCNP, every 4-5 days (occasionally use CJ cleansers).
RO: CJSC, occasionally use JCDC
LI: KCKT or CJSL
Gel: KCCC, CJCIAB for 2nd day hair (sometimes third)
Heat is my friend: warm water rinses, steam caps, and diffuse dry. I love CLU cloths and my Denman.

http://www.organiccolorsystems.com/t...-stretch-test/
This site has a pretty good set of instructions and results info - ignore their product suggestions, it's a site for professional colorists and they're pushing their own products. The info is good, though.

Not stupid at all, the abbreviations can be confusing at first. RO = rinse out conditioner.

My hair feels greasy and over-moisturized, but when I do the stretch test it breaks without stretching. This happened after I stop using silicones. I just washed my hair with a sulphate free shampoo and used a conditioner that contained a little bit of silicone and it feels a bit better but is now dry at the ends.

I've been asking myself the same! I can't really see a difference between no-pooing and co-washing - it feels kind of the same to me.
But I hope some experienced CG can help us out and explain the difference

Co washing means washing with conditioner whereas No- poo ing means cleansing with a sulfate free & lather free cleanser... But it may contain other surfactants such as coco betaine or cocamidopropyl betaine .. Its less harsher than a low poo.. HTH

But the effect will be the same right? Like, i won't get build-up out of my hair either with no-poo nor with co-washing...?

As long as you aren't using cones, you shouldn't get build-up. Now that being said - some people have build up issues from hard water, or from other ingredients, so you may still need to clarify once in a while. Some people alternate, co-washing sometimes and low-pooing others.
It just takes a little experimentation!
If you already have build-up, do a clarifying wash, then a DT, then go back to co-washing.
I would suggest a PT if your hair is indeed "over-conditioned".
